Bonatelli’s brand new organic chickpea flour is out!
How about trying a taste that is both practical and organic? Here is the easy hummus recipe:
2 glasses of Bonatelli Chickpea Flour
1 tea glass of Tahini
1 medium lemon
1 tea glass of olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 glasses of Hot Water
Add boiling water to Bonatelli Chickpea Flour and whisk and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then mix it with tahini, lemon juice, olive oil and crushed or grated garlic. You can add hot water or Bonatelli Chickpea Flour until the consistency is humus.
You can fry the red chili peppers lightly in olive oil and pour over them during service. You can garnish with boiled chickpea kernels with parsley and olive oil.
